not to mention the
time for the development of this International Standard 'UES' Brand Earthing
Electrode and Mineral Filling Compound, to suite all over the world

Earthing is the foundation of Electricity usage but is
being neglected grossly. Even though we have developed a far superior
quality Earthing following IS 3043 – 1987 still we are finding
difficult to change the users from traditional earthing to
this advanced method.
It is a known fact that Strip electrodes are
better compared to Pipe & even Plate Earthing, which are also good
in high resistivity soil conditions and has a mention in the BIS
code of practice IS 3043 - 1987.
Technical Superiority over any other
Earthing mechanisms:
Basically a good earthing is considered to provide a straight
unobstructed (less joints / twists / indirect connections) path
for the fault current to flow for instant dissipation. An earthing
apparatus which has more cross sectional primary conducting area
and more surface area. The more the Surface area & cross sectional
primary conducting area the better & quicker dissipation of the
fault current takes place.
The primary earthing that we have used in our UES is STRIPS
yielding maximum cross sectional primary conducting area and
surface area. It also provides a straight unobstructed path for
the fault current as our terminal and primary electrode are one
and the same removing any joints, which helps in quick dissipation
of fault current.
We have shown the cross sectional primary conducting area in our
brochures for each of our UES for your ready reference.
It is always advisable to use flat from the mains to connect to
our UES.
This is the base on which our UES Brand Earthing Electrodes are
designed with the strips as the primary earthing.

Contractors depending on your infrastructure requirement. |

For reference in the BIS Book of IS
3043-1987 Code of Practice ,page no.21 sl no 9.2.3. it is stated
that Strip electrodes are better compared to Pipe & even Plate
earthing, which are also good in high resistivity soil
conditions.
